I should have read the reviews before purchasing from Pampelone They do not issue a refund only store credit and that is if they respond at all to your e mail I would never buy from this company again They don t stand behind their brand It s a scam

AS I see I am not the only one with a complaint I received a nice dress but a little to small for me I am unable to get in touch with anyone for a return Incredibly unfortunate I am fine with store credit but do not want to get ripped off I apparently have I will never order from them or Aura the label again Way to fishy for me I work to hard for my money to be taken like this Do not order from them 9 17 23 - They responded quickly once I posted this They did not give me a hard time replacing with a size large I am happy with the dress Unfortunate I had to post a bad review Very nice clothes I am not sure I will buy from them again

Totally agree with the earlier post that the dates for the positive reviews are so shady given the dates Take those away and the reviews are all negative I m so angry at myself for not checking the reviews and return policy before ordering and based on the reviews they won t be in business too much longer better use my credit soon

Worst customer service Processing and shipping take forever When contacting customer service they were very rude didn t respond back to emails or weren t helpful at all Products are quality but sizing is always off Also you can only return for store credit or exchange which isn t useful at all I am very disappointed about my experiences and will not be purchasing again
