I put 900 into my pandabuy balance because I have used them before and they are freaking awesome when things work out until now They are claiming that the 900 I added to my balance is void but they say they will only refund me if I send them another 900 or in another words they want me to send them the exact same amount of money and claim they will refund me and unlock my parcels But how does that make any sense The claim that the money I added to my pandabuy balance is void because I topped up my balance with a debit card that doesn t have 3ds verification although I m pretty sure it does but even if it doesn t the transaction went through and money left my account and went to pandabuy The transaction should of never went through in the first place if we were going to be having this problem Another issue is that I have countless items in my warehouse items purchased already waiting for the seller to ship out and product in the mail I m literrly at every stage of the process with diffrent items right now but since they flagged my account under risk control I can t do anything I can t buy anything until I pay them 900 to lift the flag and I can send out items from the warehouse because the balance in my pandabuy account is void They got me messed up right now Why can t they just refund my orders and send me a refund to my bank without me having to send them another 900 to unlock my pandabuy account I m just so frustrated like we were doing so good but as soon as I get 1 400 I decide to add it all to pandabuy and now I m broke and there are no signs of pandabuy going to make this right If they make this right I will change this review to a 5 star review and swear by them but until then this is just crazy I did nothing wrong yet I feel like I m being punishe and scammed Dear customer This is pandabuy financial team We checked that you placed new orders since the transaction didn t pass the 3DS your orders enter into risk control In order to avoid possible trading risks pls cooperate with us to use a card with 3ds to top up 6866 8 900 yuan to your pandabuy account balance After you top up please contact us for deduction and then we will refund your previous transaction 6866 8 yuan directly to your original trading channel and unlock your parcel if you use PayPal pls log into your PayPal and keep your PayPal address the same as your parcel address Since your transaction doesn t pass the 3DS verificaiton we can t confirm these transactions are authroized by this cardholder To ensure the security of your account we advice you to cooperate with us as mentioned above asap If you don t reply to us within 4 days we will cancel your parcel and apply return and refund for all your orders Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your kindly understanding and cooperation Best Regards Pandabuy financial teamThey fixed the issues refunded me my money it only took a day and things are back to normal My favorite way to shop PERIOD

First of all people who threw around their 1-star reviews clearly don t know how the platform works I have been shopping off of Pandabuy for over 2 years and so far I have never been unsatisfied with their service To clarfy Pandabuy is NOT an online store They are a middleman that helps you order from Chinese webshops You order something it gets shipped to their warehouse they offer the quality check after-sales and storage time all the assistance in order to help you feel like you are ordering from a Chinese webshop And eventually you pay for the international shipping fees Yes shipping is not always cheap that s why it is important to use the estimator on their homepage to get a quote Also the customs There are enough guides on reddit about the platform that provide advice on how to declare your package correctly in order to not get into problems with seizure remember buying replica goods for yourself is not illegal the resale of these as counterfeit is Take insurance on all orders it s only 3 of the shipping fee And finally what to buy If you are just scouring for goods to buy on the platform without knowing that most people actually use the platform to buy from these hidden gem sellers on the platform that offer exclusive quality replicated shoes clothes and accesoires then don t be surprised if there are quality issues again do your research on reddit there are tons of subreddits that know the names links of webshop sellers that offer the truly good stuff Support What do you expect For a company based in China I think it s obvious to assume that staff won t necessarily know english So they use translators Personally I just use DeepL to translate my english responses Write them well into Chinese It really makes the staff more open to you and you get responses quicker Trust Pandabuy is definitely legit it is just not the easiest to use Trust me you can purchase some very nice goods from them as long as you know what you are doing there are plenty of turtorials and guides all over YouTube and Reddit that you can leanr plenty from Sadly people just rant about their bad experiences simply because they didn t know how to use the platform to the fullest or made poor purchases Good luck to those who want to start with this wonderful platform

Overall amazing experience
Overall amazing experience besides the expensive shipping and long waiting times -- which by the way have nothing to do with Pandabuy -- I would definitely recommend the platform Amazing reps great and quick customer service precise quality control and wide variety of reps
