This is an easy platform to use and i find websites etc hard to navigate but once i found my way with all the tutorials it has become very easy

New to Pandle

I am new to Pandle and have many questions about it s structure some are basic questions but the customer service agents I have spoken to are very patient My questions have been answered by Joshua today and am able to complete the necessary tasks

Pandle has yet another star - her name is Jennifer I used to give a particular piece of work to an assistant and it is only this year that I noticed a problem from 2020 Jennifer located the error and problem solved As I say every time Pandle has great customer services

Amazing Platform Superb Support Team

As a first time user of any accounting software the team at Pandle have been nothing but supportive of answering my questions via their online chat Huge shout out to Jack also who ensured an error I was encountering was fixed completely within minutes

Fantastic accounting software for 5 a month

I have used the free version for 3 years but required some customer support They responded and fixed my issue in 24 hours I was so impressed that I paid for the full version My accountant loves Pandle and recommends it to all his new customers If you don t hate your money and don t want to give it to the greedy big names out there - give Pandle a go

Support is outstanding

Relatively easy to use but loads of FAQs and guidance and actual real people on hand if you re nervous about getting it wrong need advice like me Adam Liam Daniel Beth and Jennifer have all responded to my queries almost immediately - my neediness is more a reflection on me being new to bookkeeping in anything other than a spreadsheet and wanting to run things past people The Pandle home page is a great snapshot of everything and makes budget management SO much easier
