You couldn t write it Explained our situation to Bolsover Cruises who say that they can t do anything as it s a P and O decision I ve waited two months for an answer and now P and O say that it s nothing to do with them I have to back to the agent Bolsover Why not just admit that customers don t matter anymore

UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY SADNESS
Unforgettable holiday sadness and anger 2 days after joining the cruise we check our account to see that P O had halved our onboard credit without any prior warning or justification After months of thinking we knew our budget it was split in half The lady on the loyalty desk onboard was very dismissive and all communications had to be through to the head office I spent 3 days of repeated emails and calls to head office to get it resolved and they refused to get it adjusted The customer service is not even worthy of 1 star and I would not recommend them to friends of family and probably won t cruise P O again It s such a shame as it s a disservice to all the wonderful waiters bar stewards and cabin stewards onboard who do a fantastic job I just hope that they re treated with respect unlike the passengers

Won t be booking a cruise with p and o again will be changing to marella tui can t book seats should have been available from midnight last night been trying all day same thing happened last year don t you think they would have updated their systems by now

Appalling Company Been waiting 5 weeks for a reply about a wheelchair passengers needs On line messenger staff completely disinterested and want me to email again and allow them 28 days to respond That would be 9 weeks since they received the original enquiry

Unfortunately the company has gone down
Unfortunately the company has gone down hill since the pandemic On our last cruise we had no heating in the cabin for 4 days up in Norway and minus 8 outside Reception couldn t care less and only a verbal argument after our 4th complaint did the problem get fixed No apology the company couldn t care less Just about to go on another cruise and needed to contact them Their contact centre now has a robot answering the phone When I eventually got past the robot I gave up after a 45 minute wait and then tried again and no answer for an hour Just not the same service any more The waiting staff are still good but everything else is poor

Disastrous
Oh dear What a disaster I have just waited on the phone for over two and a half hours and still not managed to speak to a senior manager who had previously given me her extension number A total of four operatives have attempted to put me through and failed with the last one telling me that they were not allowed to put me through So WHY did the manager give me her extension The reason for the contact was to chase up a cheque which was allegedly sent out a week ago as payment following a complaint At every stage P O seems make it as difficult as possible for any sort of resolution let alone contact to take place I just wonder if they are hoping that customers who have been poorly dealt with will give up and go away My next step is the Ombudsman as P O have had well over the allocated 28 days to resolve this Serious in house training required

Paid for P O cruise to Caribbean for Jan 3rd 2022 3174pp Same cruise now 2699 pp After phone call told that they will not issue any compensation due to terms and conditions We really thought a company of this stature would treat their customers with respect and fairness This will now spoil our experience completely

Waited over an hour three times this week trying to get through to customer services with no luck I want to pay my balance but the website says there is a technical error Appalling customer service I won t book again and I ll warn everyone else I talk to about this

Yesterday I took a call from Iglu
Yesterday I took a call from Iglu Cruises my booking agent who wanted to rebook our cancelled cruise to Norway I told him the dates that I could travel and he came back to me with the most ridiculous offer The same cruise on the same ship with possibly a better cabin was going to cost me an extra 180 because the free parking was no longer available This is also taking into account that P and O was offering 25 on top of the original booking Needless to say I am having my money back
