Full time Scammers
Unfortunately reading all the reviews too late Rented a car with 40 000km on the clock from 9th June until 15june On the second day of rental the car started leaking all the water via a small hose under the engine Informed Pandora about it however they send a mechanic the next day The mechanic couldn t fix the car so kept it as more time was needed to fix the car Pandora manager told me they can t help me anymore and I should start taking flights and taxis from now At that point I was stuck in cappadocia So further travel costs around turkey added up to 500 euros The manger clearly stated we will refund your money etc it was all a lie It s December and I have not received anything back My only hope is now my credit card company and maybe even a lawyer if the credit card company won t help me

May I please warn you not to rent a car from this company Their administration is totally not correct I was also falsely charged by Pandora Car Hire and they were absolutely not helpful in refunding the amount

We had to cancel our reservation due to Turkish Airlines cancelled our flight They said that the refund would be done in a few days One month later money is still missing and nobody give us an answer

they are cheaterthey didnt kept meeting time and asking insurance fee which is already paid we showed them voucher about it but they didn t care about it at all never ever use this company they deserve to be ruined

Extortion
Car pick-up location Near Dalaman airport Meet Greet Rent-a-car company Pandora Car Hire People arriving to Dalaman Turkey normally don t stay close to the airport but instead go at least to Fethiye or much further which was my case I expected to pick up a car and drive the same day to Konya 7h-drive from Dalaman airport The manager was not waiting for me on arrival I had to call and wait for 40 more minutes to be driven to rent-a-car office In the office the manager swiftly rejected my credit debit cards I used the cards before for car rentals and guarantees and I was offered to either cancel my booking lose my deposit and walk away with my luggage wherever I like or pay in cash 2 5 times the rental contract price and drive away as planned It looked like a smooth and well known scheme for the manager Needless to say that I paid to the swindler There was no receipt for the given money only a pencil mark in the contract I had to block my cards to avoid being charged again Pandora car hire - Never again

WARNING Do not use to rental company
They canceled my reservation in Antalya Airport with no reason and any notification I came out from the airport and had no car After my call to the office they blocked my phone number Rabble and ignorance They did not return my money still

Avoid when you can
They asked for additional insurance that was different from the time they made the reservation It also did not return the deposit and unfairly made a post-claim There was no decency for them and all that was left was our loss

Dangerous car breaks failing
Dangerous car breaks failing Rented a van for the family to drive in the mountains Took about 1hr before someone picked us up from the airport then at their office which is about 5 min drive from the airport there was noone available that could speak enough English WiFi-device was not available very difficult to communicate Halfway down our journey in middle of the night we had the breaks failing in the mountains A very scary experience Contacting them the day after the agent responding over Whatsapp said that there could not be any issue as the breaks had just been replaced before our rental period started After having a local contact them again in Turkish someone finally came over and had the breaks fixed The pads were completely gone Local service offered was actually quite good and friendly and upon delivery of the car there was someone that spoke English well and handled everything OK All in all not recommended

Pandorra Car rentals is a fraudulent company
I would like to make a complaint about the poor and fraudulent service we received at the Pandorra car rental in Kayseri Turkey 17th june - 20th june 2022-We received a mobile hotspot myfi which was not working we paid 25 euros for that and ofcourse no offer to refund-We were said that we will receive the excess fuel back since we got the car COMPLETELY empty from the start Up to now I have not heard anything NO FEEDBACK NO REFUND -The rental worker was very rude when picking up the car Very disorganised as well -Now afterwards he has not replied us nor refunded us Very very poor service and i regret ever renting with Pandorra

Worst rental car company
Worst rental car company Use this company if you want to make terrible your trip First of all this company was too late for the reservation time it means that your first day will be completely nothing In addition there was no word when we returned the car but as soon as we returned home they sent us an unfair bill We barely got the deposit back I have been suffering from this company for a month
