I had been badly let down by another supplier waiting 7weeks for panels for a bathroom I spoke with Adam at The Panel company who was amazing I have ordered panels and they arrive tomorrow with no delivery charge Now that is what I call outstanding service

5 product 5 service Cannot recommend Johnny highly enough Had a last minute order before Christmas and I can t believe that I managed to get them next day I had spoken to a few other companies and none were as good or helpful as him My wife and children had been planning to move to Spain and a few of my friends told us to use his service before we left They couldn t have been more right I m so glad we used him and despite no longer being in the country as I am off the grid in a remote location I would never use another service again

A sincere thank you to Jonny at Huddersfield branch Panels have arrived today and they are stunning I couldn t wait for the samples as my shower had fallen apart so needed everything quickly Jonny answered all my questions having to make a choice without seeing it myself he was my eyes Having never had a panel system before I sent pictures of my installation area and all components arrived to get the job started The packaging is fantastic the courier would have to go some to damage them I ship awkward goods myself The carrier Tufnells are brilliant for oversize goods they took great care with the panels Cant recommend this company and Jonny highly enough thank you ever so much Sarah

After placing the order 31st dec I read the reviews and thought if had read them before I would not have bought from this company BUT GREAT SERVICE Considering they only started back the 4th jan I recieved my quite large order today 7th jan So thankyou the panel company for great service and will recommend

Very happy with the flooring and the customer service

The company was recommended to me by a friend Ordered my flooring months in advance for a bathroom refit I believe there was an issue with the delivery and although I said I wasn t in a rush the guy offered to drop it off himself so that I didn t have to wait which he did Only just had my flooring fitted very happy with the Oiled Slate Klickerfloor - there was a question about me possibly requiring another pack When I contacted customer services to query they found my past order to check the batch that I had ordered and offered to bring some to a closer store if I required it Though I didn t require it in the end both times I found the staff very helpful and really felt like a valued customer I think the person I dealt with most recently was called Colin

Ordered wall panels delivery and the quality of the panels is first class had been to local DIY stores and nothing was as good as the ones from the panel company everywhere else was more expensive brilliant
