No Response No Order

Update Company finally reached out to me gave me a refund after much hassle I placed my order on 10 23 24 I still have not received my order as of 11 13 24 I have tried contacting Panstellar have gotten no response from them in regards to my order In looking at the tracking information my order was shipped out to the wrong address returned to them then apparently they corrected the address but I still have not received my order
