Beware of Pantinoshop com
Despite placing an order with Pantinoshop com over a month ago we still haven t received the item OR a refund Repeated emails and calls have gone unanswered our voicemails aren t even getting through because their inbox is full We trusted them with an important order meant for someone who recently experienced a loss and their lack of communication and accountability has made this situation even worse We ve given them multiple chances to make things right but now we re left with no other option but to warn others Please think twice before ordering from this company Their customer service is nonexistent and after checking sites like Trustpilot and Scamadvisor we found that our experience isn t unique We ll be escalating this issue to consumer protection agencies and leaving reviews to ensure others don t fall into the same trap

Out and Out Fraud
Like so many on Trust Pilot that have tried to buy from Pantino I didn t receive anything following my order It is a con I have emailed tried to call about my order always unsuccessful This site should be closed down as it is clearly Fraudulent Now Pantino have queried my comments and want to have my full details which if I don t give will mean my review will be deleted Well they already have all my details so I will not be sending anything else to them They are very sharp so be careful and if I knew then what I know now I would not be dealing ever with this fraudulent company If I do ever get the watch then I will change my review accordingly but I don t ever think that this will ever happen based on other peoples reviews and non delivery So if this message disappears you know my report review is correct

Don t buy at Pantino Product not delivered and no refund
Product not delivered and not refunded I am waiting more than 3 weeks and there s no solution I have already bought the product at a different webshop and was delivered in one day The only thing I get from Pantino is messages with comments like we are looking into this My request to cancel the order and provide a refund is being ignored Don t order at Panting all they care about is getting your money and after that the service stops If someone from Pantino reads this rating the rating is real and is about order 28701 from March 9th 2025
