Terrible experience
Ordered a diary in early December in preparation for the new year only to be told on the 9th January that they had oversold the diary s and I could expect it in February Why would I want a diary two months into the year Absolutely ridiculous way of conducting business Asked for a refund to which I was told no because the item will be dispatched once it is produced Offered 10 off on my next purchase as an apology newsflash guys I won t be making a next purchase from you when you are unable to fulfil the one I made over a month ago

Superb team customer support very nice products packaging
I just ordered from them for the third time The first time was for me and the next ones presents I love the personal touch the team has in their VERY fast replies Buying from Paper Republic feels almost as personable as in a physical store just more convenient I ve always been super happy with the journals too Nice quality If anything I would like it to be easier to remember understand the sizing of the products or the paper that fits in them But I ve sorted it out by measuring the one I have every time

Decades of searching have come to an end I love this organiser and can keep different books for different aspects of life The BuJo just didn t work despite years of trying and this is perfect The leather and monogramming are lovely The refills are a bit ordinary for the price so I use Muji notebooks as they re thicker and the spine doesn t break as my organiser is jam packed
