I don t write online reviews so you can be sure that Paperform is something special It just works It creates beautiful and powerful forms with amazing flexibility and features I have created nearly 40 forms so far for event registration general inquiries follow up surveys applications nominations etc etc The feature list continues to grow and the support is OUTSTANDING I am literally around the world from this company and they always respond to my inquiries quickly and with useful tips Worth every penny

Had a question about upgrading my plan for some interesting features I was interested in The team responded in a timely manner and gave me ample time to cross compare the features Support is quick and helped me make my decision

I ve been a long time user of Paperform but haven t needed to use support for a long time Today was the day when I had to call on them to help me out - as I was doing something way over my head and I needed guidance I was immediately reminded how amazing their support is Connor took time to not only guide me but also teach me how it works This is so much more than support It s support and guidance combined into one The thing is by helping you understand how to do something and how it works it gives you the foundation to maybe be able to work it out all by yourself in the future Now I wasn t the fastest to grasp everything but he was willing to take the time and re-explain things until it started to make sense So thank you for your support Paperform You ve just reminded me how much you truly care

I literally thought I was in a dream when I discovered Paperform I had been developing a website for an events venue client with a complex form need They were taking bookings by hand for nearly two dozen spaces in addition to managing memberships My goal was to automate their current system with an online space booking and payments process I can t tell you how many platforms I tried 30 maybe how many sales calls I sat through how many eye-watering estimates I received for a booking implementation that fit their need All had poor UX design limited customization old-school iFrames and weird paywalls like seriously why have a 10 submission month limit on a paid plan And then I found Paperform and wow It does EVERYTHING The fact that I can completely customize the CSS is a gamechanger The ability to apply logic to appointment input sections to the submit button and more Direct integrations with MailChimp and Notion without need for Zapier The calculation form with definable variables and formula logic similar to Excel It s just incredible I actually thought I was in a dream when I happened on Paperform Oh and the client feels enabled to grow their business which you could say is the moral of the story
