We received excellent customer service and Parcelchief offered us the best price in the market We opted for the cheapest shipping option so it took two weeks for the parcel to arrive which was our choice However the entire process was smooth from contacting Parcelchief on WhatsApp to the actual delivery They kept following up with us until the parcel was delivered recommended

JUST 1 WORD --- AMAZING
Where should I start Parcel Chief when I heard the name felt like it was just another courier company But I was totally wrong Sakeena from PARCEL CHEIF team came like a savior when I wanted some parcel to be sent from India to Dubai which was very urgent I had my doubts that it will take more days customs issues and other transit issues etc But to my surprise it came within 3 days from the day parcel left their Mumbai office Thanks to Sakeena it was not just the parcel it had Rakhi from my sisters which was more valuable to me Kudos to the Parcel Cheif team
