The customer service is really well Everytime I emailed I always got a good message back and nothing left out Everything came perfect and nothing was damaged DEF coming back when I want to order again

Pleasantly surprised

I m always very skeptical about using 3rd party sites but because I was trying to order something unavailable through other means from Taobao com I decided to give them a try It was very easy to order through their site and the information is very clear and they are also very responsive I like that you pay once for your order and once for the shipping once it is confirmed This isn t a fault of their service but it always feels better to know how much shipping costs at the time of purchase but I understand that they can t possibly give you the exact amount until they process your shipment so because of that I felt uncertain as the cost of shipping was bound to be high However they offer multiple shipping methods and I was pleasantly surprised their package tracking was very reliable and I received the shipment in a reasonable timeframe My package was received in excellent condition I would definitely use their service again

I wanted to buy parts that for some reason are not available in international shops Parcelup did well Although the final cost ended up being like 3 times the cost of the parts I would have ordered more parts if I knew the shipping costs in advance

This is my first time to use parcelup buying things from China The shopping experience is very good especially the my products were delivered to my home directly and the delivery guy can speak English

Nothing to complain apart for the time it took to receive my order but understandable all the way from china to Uk Also was not aware of the payement in 2 times for the delivery fee in the 2nd phase would be nice to have a estimated of the total amount prior to the 1st payement but was still worth it to buy from parcel taobao
