Is the second time I purchase from Parfois online I m surprised how fast the order takes to arrive 1 week I live in uk There bags and jewellery are outstanding very well made and they look more expensive that they really are I will definitely order from they again

Happy with my order I was a bit worried when reading the reviews but ordering 4 pairs of earrings went very well Delivered quickly and within website timelines despite the December rush Nicely packed with gift boxes So I just ordered again The prices are very competitive and the assortment is nice and had what I was looking for

If I could I would rate Parfois with a zero because I ordered two bags from this place a cross body and a backpack and both of them came with damages But one of them was worn out and it also came with different patches that looked like dust So after I noticed this I took pictures of the bags and sent it to their email after I had sent like six emails I contacted them via Facebook They replied to me there but said that they didn t receive any of my email eventhough I sent them like 6 prior to writing to them on Facebook After a few days they sent me an email which was the email address I ve wrote emails to all this time Since then I sent them like 4 emails and also wrote to them on Facebook but I haven t received any feedback from them I think this is a lost cause at this point I ve been trying to send back or get any type of answer from them for almost a month now I also read that someone wrote that customer service doesnt even exists and I completely agree with it All in all I wouldnt order from them ever again I hope this was helpful in any kind of way

They sent me across malta for nothing and the bag I settled on was broken

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD I went to buy a bag they sent me to sliema without checking cause it had finished and sliema didn t have meaning I came to sliema for nothing after going to sliema the staff there found me another bag when got home I realised the zipper was broken and had to go back to sliema from paola So after 2 trips around malta I m still without a bag
