I just ordered a bottle of Tiziana Terenzi I showed my order to ms Terenzi since I have a fragrance Instagram page She instantly told me it was fake and that Parfum-Zentrum is not an official selling point despite their site saying they only use official EU suppliers

Unfortunately I don t recommend this store I ordered 5 bottles of perfumes for 320 euro in total and they were never delivered to me I also didn t get money back nor got resent the products from the store After reporting issue to the store they started contacting delivery company and after 4 months closed the case saying that delivery company claims that package was delivered This never happened first of all I don t understand how such expensive order can be not insured and how doesn t require my signature when collecting it But I am also very disappointed on customers support and that store doesn t put enough effort to resolve the issue and it took them 4 months to achieve nothing especially that delivery company can t have any proof that package was delivered I will definitely fight further for my money lost time and nerves and I will certainly avoid this store for future purchases
