Missing driver

On 18th of May our coach driver left the bus and we had to walk to the airport We were told someone would ring within 5 days to give a refund which never happened Also no reply to emails sent We use this twice a year but won t use again as customer service is disgusting

Disgusting service waited over

Disgusting service waited over 40minutes to get from the carpark to the airport going out They put on a bus that only held 15 people max Then ok the way back we again were waiting outside for the bus to pick us up We ended up walking from the airport to the carpark which was quicker than waiting any longer for the tiny bus to come back again Paid 80 for 10nights will not use again When my husband raised the complaint after walking from the airport which might i add was quicker than one bus doing a loop the company couldn t care less Don t waste your money We saw three massive sentinetal carpark buses come in and out of airport collecting customers

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE On collecting my car from the car park I noticed the handle on my seat height adjuster lever had been broken It was perfectly fine when I left the car with them The car computer display had been changed and my car steering wheel had been adjusted to a higher setting I made a complaint via the email option to the management and was told they are not responsible as the two employees who move the cars said there was no damage and denied any knowledge Disgusted with their response I will never use this company again

Do not use this place if I could leave zero stars I would terrible customer service After waiting ages to be collected from the airport watching 4 Sentinel buses come and go they finally arrived Took ages to find our key saying it wasn t where it should be then got to our car to find it wedged up so tight against another car we could only get in by clambering across from the passenger side Upon trying to start it the battery was completely flat and we saw that the lights had been left on A woman came with a battery to try and start the car but we got no apology whatsoever seemed to find the whole thing a big joke When she couldn t get it started a rude man came over apparently the one supposedly running the place and tried to start it with a van Again no apology for their error even said our battery looked old well it s never run flat before maybe because we aren t stupid enough to leave the lights on Felt like we were an inconvenience to them no apology or offer of a refund they could not care less avoid like the plague and warn everyone you know to use Sentinel instead I know we will

Avoid

Like all the rest of the reviews absolutely avoid this shambles of a company You will be left in the rain alongside 30 other people while they only operate one minibus which you have to fight to get on or wait another 20 minutes

Driver had attitude

Had the same stroppy sarcastic driver both going and coming back Hard to believe his role is customer service when he had none of the skills the the role requires the inside staff were excellent pity the driver lets the company down it is in a prime location to the airport but we will not use again as the drivers whole attitude is not worth our holiday being spoilt

Avoid at all costs

Absolutely no problems when we arrived apart from the awful driving on their mini bus but come and behold when we came back the car was touching another with no hand break on and half in gear damage to the rear drivers lights the passenger side wing mirror and don t get me started on the extra 25 miles added on to the speedometer Let them know whilst we were still there told to take it home and send photos over in the morning when it s bright contacted them and told since we left the yard they won t accept any liability and refused to even apologise Stay clear from this cowboy ran scrapyard

These are absolutely rubbish

These are absolutely rubbish 2 shuttle minibuses to ferry as many customer s as there are whether it s 2 an hour or on the day of our return a queue in excess of 50 people and growing The shuttle bus will not leave the car park over a mile away until it s full leaving people stood at the airport The queue was that that long we walked the mile or so to the car park in spitting rain with our 81 year old father in law luckily he is quite fit In that the busses passed us once each

Beyond rude and totally unhelpful After a very long delay then coached

After a very long delay then coached from Manchester to Leeds 3 30 am 30 1 22 we were met by the most rude lady Her driving was terrible we were nearly on two wheels screeching into the car park totally unprofessional behaviour she might have been having a bad day but I am sure ours was worse Such a shame as we have always been in the extremely capable hands of a really nice guy who is always very pleasant smiley and chatty complete opposite experience that that lady Such a shame as I normally can t recommend them more highly
