Superb service

Superb service from receipt of our car to return at the end of our trip Excellent communications and flexibility to meet us at our airport hotel instead of the airport car park to save us transferring our bags First time we have used a meet and greet but would highly recommend the Heathrow team

Fabulous service on both drop off and collection The gentleman even left water and lollies in the car for our return journey Would highly recommend and the price was good too

Excellent service provided by Parkair 24 7 who kept in touch via WhatsApp both before I dropped off the car and ahead of the pick-up The car was well looked-after and photos were taken of the inside outside and emailed to me immediately after drop-off Special thanks for arranging to meet my son instead of me when I was unable to fly home as planned Will definitely use again when next flying from Heathrow

Great Experience

First time I ve used this service and have to say very very happy Arrived at Heathrow had to wait around 20 mins my fault as did not ring 30 mins before as in the instructions Guy arrived took pictures paid parking fee and left I received pictures and confirmation it was now in their possession Got WhatsApp messages on regular basis Arrived back in UK called when we picked up our bags and by the time we got to the pick up point our car was there including 2 bottles of water and some lollipops great service will definitely use again

Great company - quick efficient no stress Staff were waiting for us on arrival and car was there and ready on departure Drop off right outside terminal 5 Photos and mileage provided of car Easy comms though WhatsApp as flight was delayed a little Water and Lollipops waiting in car for an extra touch Incredible - will use again next time

I cannot rate this firm highly enough Great communication via WhatsApp when dropping off and collecting Friendly helpful staff Copious amount of photographs taken of my vehicle and the bottles of water and lollipops left in car was a lovely touch We also made the mistake of getting in the wrong lane and going to level 3 and had to come out and back in again but agent said he would have come and met us Will definitely use again Great experience Thanks

Great service worth the extra few pounds

Can t fault the service They arrived to meet me on time and efficiently Really friendly and polite Also some really nice extra touches even putting my cases in the car and some water when I arrived home I was with some other friends who used other companies and they were left waiting Will use again

Since we discovered these guys we have never used anyone else Their service is personal and professional They ve never let us down they always go above and beyond for example one holiday I discovered I d left my handbag in the car after they d already taken it and I called them in a panic and they brought it straight back for me They are always there when they say they will be their communication is first-rate and they are very reasonably priced What s not to like
