Showroom excellent Quality

We went to Parker Knoll showroom in Nottingham last week an excellent experience Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable Came away ready to order the Manhattan 3 2 1 However in posting this review have read other comments on the quality of the furniture and the communication from Parker Knoll and am now reconsidering alternative brands as have a concerns

I ordered my fabric samples online easily and they arrived super quick The material is fantastic quality and it was useful to help match my colour scheme

Excellent in-store support

The owners of the furniture store were very helpful in talking us through all the options and offers in relation to the PK range so that we could compare styles with the one we had previously identified through our internet research It was helpful to have such a knowledgeable support as we were making a major and long-lasting purchase

Good product

Good product polite and good service what more does a customer require Just a small suggestion it would help when a customer pays for the cleaning protective products that it is protected prior to delivery rather than expecting the customer to use the products immediately after delivery

Parker Knoll unacceptable delivery of missing parts

This is my third review and I have been on contact with Furniture Village customer care today - who really should be called don t care - my sofa was delivered 22 5 it is a parker knoll - legless and without a cushion This was reported 22 5 but when I spoke to them on 29 5 the request for new legs and cushion had still not been processed by the store Today I have been informed that the legs will arrive in 4 6 weeks and that this is due to Parker Knoll When I asked for a contact I was told to google them - when asked if I could speak to someone senior I was advised to speak to trust pilot and that I would be contacted - as this is my third one star review the don t care attitude clearly has spread to them too The sales staff lauded in my first review also don t care as they have been paid do not ever use furniture village or parker knoll - I thought I was opting for quality I await contact from FV or Parker KnollI have since spoken to Parker Knoll who explained that they could get the legs out to me this week and I have called furniture village and let them know that a simple call as I asked them to do would resolve this The scatter cushion may take a couple of weeks Thank you Parker Knoll

Wonderful sofa and experience

From start to finish of ordering our sofa the whole experience was seamless The service we received throughout was excellent and we couldn t be more happier with our new sofa

Ordered our sofa and chair was told there would be a 12 week wait arrived in 11 weeks This is the second sofa and chair we have purchased and have no hesitation in recommending So comfortable
