I was concerned when my Kymco mobility scooter lost power and was making a weird noise After contacting my local Parkgate Mobility company I was contacted by an engineer just under a week later Within the following week a new motor and batteries had been fitted and I was good to go again My grateful thanks especially to Mick who couldn t have been kinder or more efficient

My husband Walter Dodson is a frequent visitor to the PONTEFRACT branch with one query or another regarding his mobility scooter Today he wanted details about his scooter to complete an insurance application form What an amazing and helpful woman Helen is as she completed the application on line and I have paid and received a copy of the policy She is always happy to help and is a credit to your company

Adrian at the Wakefield branch was really helpful and answered all our questions when we went in to look at recliner chairs for mum He took time to try to find the exact model we needed in stock and we were able to buy one for delivery next week which was just right

As trying to ring parkgate we went to the shop in doncaster to report my loan scooter the repair team Wayne and his mate was there i was waiting for a part for my own scooter they took some parts of one in the shop to repair mine they were brilliant as I am glad that mine own is now repaired now
