Paid car park fee and received a fine notice Attenborough Nature Reserve Arrived checked whether my wife s disability made difference it did not Tried to pay by Apple Pay could not paid by cash Got back to car within time period Received fine notice - appealed got rejected Will see them in court if necessary -same as all other entries on this website 5 January - I got e mails from them on 23 12 and 24 12 after 20 00 since I found this intrusive and up setting I decided to pay the unwarranted 35 fine This meant that the independent appeal authority would not investigate my complaint - extraordinary how these parking companies can manipulate the system

Just started getting tickets even
Just started getting tickets even though I ve paid for parking at Berry Head I go to pay on way out as I have been doing and has started to say didn t pick up numerate are you arriving or leaving so all I can do is give a good guess and now I ve received 2 tickets in the last 2 days and will no doubt get more as I have gone there to walk dog Seems like a scam to me could be just a fault but if you can t ring them I m a bit suspicious Not happy about this and might have to take this further if you keep sending me these fines which are unjustified

This is not a company that serves customers so it s a bit weird it s here on Trust Pilot Anyway the business is filed with companies house as being in the business of computer peripherals Maybe it s those hidden cameras they have installed to spy on people so they can pilfer their money Sorry I digress The good news is the balance sheet looks pitiful and the director has apparently earned less than the average UK wage so taking people s money clearly isn t paying There s also only five people listed as working in the business who between them probably can t count to ten so this will be the reason they don t respond writing emails needs a basic education On the other hand they might be ashamed of themselves and don t have the guts to speak up

Charge for disabled parking
We are from West Midlands and we were visiting S Devon Due to a breakdown with our own vehicle which is tax exempt we were using a rental vehicle as our vehicle need to be recovered back to West Midlands We parked in the Dartmouth Castle car park on the 29th June and displayed our Blue Badge We bought two ice creams ate them and left This morning on 25th July we have been notified by the rental company that a ticket was issued and we need to pay the rental company 35 admin fee We still have not received the actual ticket from Park with Ease so that is an additional cost The Dartmouth Car park is owned by Dartmouth Council and Park with Ease only manage the site However Dartmouth Council also state on their website that Disabled parking is free for the first 3 hours

refund owed customer services MIA
Received a parking ticket which was legitimate When I went online to pay for the fine the website was showing an error message in terms of saying the payment had not been processed when it had I then accidently paid my fine three times too many I contacted parkwithease several times to get a refund but with absolutely no response the contact phone number doesn t work either I am owed 70 The customer service is soo poor yet as usual they are very quick to send a fine

Overcharged and customer services where useless
Used car park that photographs your registration and then tells you on leaving how much you owe Charged incorrectly Tried twice to liaise with company who finally said my fault as I selected the fee At the car park I was at this was not possible as it told me what to pay Whilst at car park decided charge of 4 50 which was 3 00 more than I should of paid was better than being fined for non payment Waste of time customer services at this company and they overcharge and accept no responsibility

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting preying on the vulnerable Two parking fines 2 days and they send out the same photo for each fine when the fee was paid but no paper in the meter to prove payment this was at higher lodge cockington Torquay in April 24 trying to contact them with absolutely no replies scammers the whole company steer well clear

Shockingly bad organisation - crooks in a word Went to Crinkley Hill No obvious notification or indication of security camera surveillance on entry Suspect deliberate No obvious indication of parking charge signage location Suspect deliberate Signage sparse and not in most highly visible locations Suspect deliberate Parked for half an hour on a Sunday night- yes a Sunday night and fined 60 Even though Crinkley Hill is owned by the National Trust National Trust members are not exempt from parking fees and Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust takes a cut of the fees - no doubt to help with staff salaries decking them out in branded outdoor gear and enabling them to pay filmmakers to make films about parking regs

Greedy rip off company
We parked at Cwm Idwal YHA in the Ogwen Valley 2 cars in our party Parking managed by Parkwith ease We did not receive the free overnight parking as promised by the YHA Neither the machine on site or the online option gave us the discount we were entitled too Dreadful company - did not reply to my complaints

Beware - Keep The Receipt
Beware Beware Beware - Berry HeadIf paying with cash make sure you keep the receipt you have no other way of proving you ve paid I parked at Berry Head on the 26Sept paid the 3 and luckily I kept the receipt I then received a penalty notice on the 12th Oct stating I was going to be fined 50 for non payment 30 for quick payment A plus for Park With Ease is that as soon as I had contacted them with the evidence the penalty notice was withdrawn thankyou
