Really bad business practices

Really bad business practices from this hotel You book a room with them choosing Pay at the hotel payment method They are supossed to hold a lesser amount as a pre authorization in your card in order to secure your room but instead of this they CHARGE you the FULL amount as an IN ADVANCE PAYMENT Why would I choose Pay at the hotel which is 20 more expensive than the option Pay Online if they are either way going to charge you 100 in advance Complete fraud I do not recommend booking a room with them
