Last place to ever order from
I really wish I would ve read the reviews here before I ordered I ordered a gasket 128 52 They charged my debit card that amount five times Im out over 640 00 Do they return a call or email Nope I sent a chat and they say I ll receive a email later today I m out over 600 If I had that kind of money I wouldn t be repairing my old appliances to just hopefully keep them going Guess I m on to the bank to dispute the charges Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM PART AD VANTAGE

I ordered a grease filter from their
I ordered a grease filter from their website for my range When I enter my range model number two parts came up on their website One was for a range light the second for a grease filter I put two filters in my cart and checked out When I received the filters they were the wrong size When I tried to resolve this with customer service they were anything but helpful I was told they do not provide return labels They best they could do was give me a discounted label which would not be sent for hours or until the next day They had no explanation how the wrong filter was sent Bottom line is how do you order from a place that sends the wrong items and then won t pay for the return Bad business

Is poor packaging poor customer service
Yeah definitely the wrong place to order from I ordered a plastic fan You would think it gets special packaging No just in a box bouncing around Needless to say It arrived broke Called customer service Referred me to an email Then I got a form to fill out Avoid this one at all cost

Avoid using PartAdvantage com I ordered a Whirlpool part on November 1st Got an email acknowledging the order A month later Dec I submitted an status inquiry via company s website No reply The next month Jan 6th called Agent could care less on the call Said the latest ETA on delivery of part would be END OF MARCH I asked to cancel the order and get an email confirming the cancellation Agent Silva flatly stated there would be no email I then asked for a Confirmation Number for the cancellation Again refused to give any number or email confirming that my order is indeed cancelled Ironic considering their website says Our goal is to provide the best customer assistance in the appliance parts industry Each of our service representatives has a minimum of 9 years in parts sales and research with our company Really and you have no process for confirming a customer s cancellation of an order And you communicate nothing to your customer for over two months of sitting on an order

Brought up my refrigerator by model
Brought up my refrigerator by model number and it said the part I needed for my refrigerator It came and it was wrong They said they would refund my money after receiving it back but I had to pay shipping The shipment was quick though

Stay Away Do Not Order From Them
Ordered 2 parts a stove knob and a crisper drawer for fridge The crisper drawer was delivered damaged Called to report damage within in hours and was told to reorder and pay separate shipping 10 95 Was told some shipping would be refunded with cost of part with in 24-48 hours The stove knob was sent via a different shipper was told no refund for shipping and I never paid shipping for the crisper which I clearly did 10 95 I will wait and see if the new part I ordered will be delivered intact which I paid another 10 95 shipping for Do NOT do business with this company I wish I would have seen all the poor reviews before I placed my original order

DO NOT ORDER EVER
DO NOT ORDER EVER I ordered a washer door bellow and the part number I ordered was replaced by another part number which was not for my washer I called and was told to send part back in original box by the original carrier or no credit issued Item was returned the following Tuesday and signed for 9 02 am by ALFORD I waited exactly a week with no confirmation from the vendor that my package was received I then contacted PAYPAL and started a dispute PAYPAL gave them till October 28 to respond which they did not and PAYPAL issued the refund DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR

Lazy and greedy customer service
Ordered a 12 drain hose for my washer over the Labor Day weekend Sat but had the machine completely fail on Sun time for a new washer Sent two emails website and internet requesting to cancel the drain hose order but only received a manual it has already shipped reply at 1pm on Tuesday 3 minutes after receiving the automated you order has shipped you can return it email Very convenient They had all morning to simply cancel this small order Non-refundable shipping both ways and a restocking fee would cost more then the part itself Think twice before order from Part Advantage There are more honest customer oriented businesses to choose from

When this company screws up
When this company screws up they do not care Their Customer Service responds evenutally and tells you to kiss off They have the inability to solve problems and to make anything right with the customer You get your part when you get it If you don t like it then that s on you Zero stars if I could
