difficult to deal with
Have found them very difficult to deal with They bought my plan from BNZ who I signed up with and they are not paying out in the way BNZ explained it to me and trying to resolve is not a great experience They also provided me incorrect forms to complete so I had to redo them Plus blame delays in responding providing me info to system issues I personally would avoid

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs I had to jump through hoops when I placed the insurance I made a claim for one of my sons and they tried to use the fact that we didn t disclose he had coughs On a rough estimate I ve paid 15 000 in premiums in two years My sons treatment was around 4 000 The immediate response is to find a way of not supporting any claimant rather than providing support The narrative on their sales literature is absolutely not backed up by their actions
