I had ordered innova clutch kit from partsguru on 8th Of August Which I received on 27th Of August before ordering i made sure that they would send me original parts and they confirmed it and sent the original pictures on what s app But when received it they were not original parts and totally different of what they sent me Now they are not answering my calls nor replying to my messages Before ordering immediately they used to answer the call now no reply even to the emails I sent So guys please don t trust partsguru they are fake You will regret dealing with them They are cheater

I have ordered for a Chevrolet sail
I have ordered for a Chevrolet sail clutch plate on 10th August 2024 at that time he shared the invoice copy with me but then the delivery partner -shiprocker has not delivered my clutch plate and the send me a message on the 17th of August that I have rejected the order which is not true and till now the order has not been dispatch neither parts guru is answering my calls neither he is replying to my messages experience that I have got its a pathetic experience

They are frauds They take advance money from you as deposit for your order and stop responding Please do not fall for their scam do not pay any advance amounts usually 500INR or more for placing orders

Money collected via UPI for my order
Money collected via UPI for my order and no shipment made Follow up and waited for 3 months False commitments made repeatedly on WhatsApp of shipment by evening next day but never shipped No shop exists at contact address given on website Better not order on this fake website if you wish to save your money UPI used was mdexporter-2 okicici and in the meantime has delinked the UPI ID from the phone All in all a super conman setup

Fraud Extremely Poor Service and Product Quality
I purchased a product that was delivered two months later than expected Upon receiving it I found it was not in working condition and had clearly been used Since then I ve made numerous attempts to contact customer service but they have ignored my calls and messages This experience has been incredibly disappointing and I cannot recommend this company based on the terrible service and subpar product quality Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company I ve been relentlessly chasing them for a refund for the past month and yet I ve received no response from them
