Wonderful and amazing company and product

I just had my new bed delivered 2024 Hawaii cream boucle bed I m extremely happy with it The bed is beautiful great quality and sturdy I was previously scammed by an online furniture company so felt anxious to order online again but PSCL Sarah really reassured me from the start and kept me informed throughout the manufacturing and delivery process The bed came within one week of ordering the delivery guys were really friendly and assembled the bed within 10mins I cannot be happier thank you so much

My experience with Pascal Beds is excellent The bed I ordered is amazingly good for the price I paid and also they were very responsive when I had to get a part replaced and got that done in no time

An outstanding service from start to finish

We bought the Manhattan 2024 bed with solid ottoman base and it s simply stunning the quality of build and speed of delivery was fantastic We paid for assembly and had a small issue with the foot of the bed not being fitted properly and the mattress base was not square but after a call they came out and sorted it the same day I can t praise these guys enough and would highly recommend

Received my bed this week and I have to say it s absolutely beautiful so easy to put together it took 15 minutes and looks so amazing The whole process of ordering to receiving the bed was straightforward and I was kept up to date the whole time by email Day of delivery they rang me early to confirm I m a very happy customer thank you PSCL beds

Great service decent beds for the price

Great service I purchased 2 beds super king and a small double decent quality beds I got a free upgrade on the super king mattress maybe because they didn t have the one I chose in stock Only time will tell if it s built to last I will update the review in a few months after using the new beds and mattresses for a while The smaller bed has a slight manufacture fault on one of the drawers as it s not shutting flush and hanging out a little and the picture for the drawer on the website shows a metal bracket but in actual fact it is white plastic looks cheap and tacky on an otherwise great looking luxury bed frame But I will call customer services to see what they can do to fix that Overall all good so far though Update about the faulty drawer Brilliant customer service They will replace the base this weekend and I only sent the email to their customer service today 03 12 2024

Wow great company great beds

Wow very impressed with this company If you re in need of a bed i highly recommend We ordered 2 king size beds from here and delivery was quick delivery drivers were lovely and beds are great quality we ordered the manhattan beds with storage box Sadly one of the pistons on one of the beds didn t work for the ottoman so I got in touch with this company and they even replied to me on the weekend Within a couple of days they had sent me a new piston Thanks again for great beds and mattresses and thanks for great communication throughout Will be recommending to friends
