I recently had a 7 7 kWp solar panel system installed by Passive Instal including a battery and I couldn t be happier with the experience If you re new to solar the process can feel a bit overwhelming at first However everyone at Passive Instal is incredibly patient and they re more than willing to answer the same question multiple times making sure you feel completely comfortable and informed The team guided us step-by-step from installation to getting our export tariff set up Thanks to their efficient support everything was running smoothly within a month Once installed the system requires almost no involvement from your end most upgrades and calibrations are done remotely making it a seamless experience On installation day the crew worked impressively fast completing everything within a single long day despite a bit of miscommunication with the scaffolding They were still able to fit the panels on both sides of the roof which was a great effort The installation itself was done to the highest standard with all cables and wiring neatly tucked away almost invisible Indoors all connections were cleanly run to the garage where the battery and inverter are housed The end result is fantastic both in function and appearance The Passive Instal team is not only skilled but also friendly approachable and highly communicative Any questions are answered quickly and you genuinely feel valued as a customer We even ended up with 14 panels for the price of 12 which was a nice surprise The system comes with a mobile app and a more detailed web version both of which are regularly updated enhancing the overall user experience I would definitely recommend Passive Instal to anyone considering solar excellent service professional installation and great support throughout
