Absolutely horrific experience

Absolutely horrific experience Obviously the vendor of the item purchased uses them for a good reason problems seem less for vendors but the shipping process has been nothing short of terrible Delivery estimate provided was completely inaccurate Tracking data provided was either completely false or contained an error which Passport Shipping has refused to remedy to be clear - tracking data purportedly belongs to USPS but when it is entered into USPS website directly a message comes up saying there is no data available - Passport s own shipping portal has not provided any updates for many days now Have been emailing with their customer services back and forth and only get very very vague answers that seem to suggest nothing but just wait as a solution What adds to the frustration is that I ordered another item online from a vendor also in the US on the same date who shipped directly through USPS themselves and it has already arrived I should also note their customer services person also seems clueless as to their own employer s complaints process and was not able to provide me with any information on how to escalate the issue So therefore I have no choice but to take things into my own hands TL DR - DO NOT USE PASSPORT SHIPPING AVOID AT ALL COSTS

it s been 2 months since my package was supposed to arrive and all i am getting is what i can already see myself Crossing borders now I just want my product and a sum of money back tbh What a scam S h i t delivery service overseas

Horrible experience

Horrible experience I am located in Germany and ordered some lps in USA from a professional store I asked them to ship by UPS but they sent by Passport Passport Tracking shows the packet should have been received by Deutsche Post in Germany but Deutsche Post doesn t know any packet with the Passport tracking number I am still waiting for the delivery since more than 7 weeks

Poor service and they are not delivering on the promised delivery date If you are ordering with Passport expect a 1-2 weeks delay

Premium service camon

Premium service with rather high shipment expences can t track their own package The first shipment kinda lost second is delaying no precise information about delivering Worse than 20th century

Unclear and slow updates Asked for more details about my address and when provided they sent back my package I think they phoned me but caller ID stated it was a scam call On the phone call they demanded my address without explaining who they were and why they needed my address Overall bad service and never delivered my package

Bought a product from the US to be shipped to Australia The shipping is the slowest I have ever encountered Slow and unclear updates on the website I will be recommending to the seller to stop using Passport
