This is a wonderful service The customer service team are easy to get in touch with and they resolved my query almost immediately Great communication very polite and caring they even contacted me to confirm I was happy and the issue was resolved Very reassuring gives me confidence that they will help me if needed again

PKB Experience
I have used PKB previously for a relative who has sadly passed away During the time her health was deteriorating blood tests were crucial to managing her condition Being able to view her blood tests the same day a blood sample was taken had a massive positive impact on getting her treatment amended following the blood tests I have now developed the same chronic condition which requires regular blood tests being monitored with my treatment and care plan being amended depending on the blood test results I am keen to manage my own health care as much as possible and being able to access test results enables me to do so When I was having trouble accessing the PKB site the PKB helpdesk and IT support desk have been instrumental in facilitating my access to PKB

Really good way of receiving hospital appointments
Really useful digital way of getting and keeping track record of your hospital appointments My only observation about the information given to you is that it does not necessarily tell you how to contact the hospital to tell them that you cannot attend and need a to change the appointment Happened to me so I contacted PKB customer support by email late on a Sunday Early the next day I got a reply saying that PKB had been in contact with the hospital and they gave me the necessary number I m well pleased with the service
