I really like the attitude of patpat administration towards customers In my experience they have the best service from online sites As many times as the item had any even minimal problem the money was returned to me immediately

I really like the customer service I had a return problem And they solved it very quickly Within 3-4 days i had my money back under a voucher because I wanted it They were very friendly and understanding The clothes are also soooo cute Susie B

Ordered a few times

Ordered a few times I live in the U K and items normally take a week to come I have family in America and I sent an order to the USA no issues but did take a little longer then U K shipping The quality of the clothes is fantastic for the price Also impressed with the license character choice had some Baby Shark and Care Bear items and they have been perfect

Pleasantly surprised

I was dubious at some of the reviews but thought I would try and ot was easy well priced and arrived so quick Happy with my items for the price I paid the quality it good and the reward scheme on the app is a great

I LOVE PATPAT

I LOVE PATPAT people complain the fabric is thin and alot of outfits it is but for the price it s worth it Iv been ordering from them for 2 years now my kids clothes are still in good condition from last Christmas I only had 1 problem of a shirt not looking thr same and they refunded me and I didn t even need to send the shirt back 3 kids it s hard to do anything but I love the fabric perfect for my weather I love how cute the outfits are I don t see how there is any bad reviews besides clothes being thin but common sense for how cheap the clothing is i figured it was common sense it would be thin I gotten outfits that wasn t thin but like I said even the thin ones are in perfect condition a year later If I could post pics I d show just how many things I have order and it s ALOT so for only 1 bad shirt that s not bad Everything else is exactly the way it looked and true to size Never had a problem with sizes and I order for my 3 kids my niece and myself Love patpat
