Buy a lot from Paul Smith never ever had an issue with any of their quality items Got given a present of some cashmere gloves for Christmas It could have been the amount I wore them but they developed a small fault at one of the fingers Paul Smith didn t quibble they were replaced within days and I was wished well Unbelievable customer service at a very difficult time where most staff are working from home This didn t diminish the quality of service you expect from a leading clothing designer I am so very impressed with their procedures and staff

I went into the Kings Cross store today just for a browse with no intention of purchasing anything the staff were so welcoming and nice the female sale assistant was excellent informative but not pushy I ended up purchasing a 250 pair of trousers I got home and tried them on again and have to say I love them the tailoring fit and quality are excellent
