Nice clothes but terrible service
Nice clothes but terrible terrible customer service It most likely ok to shop at their stores but be kind to yourself and stay away from their online service I have made 3-4 attempts as i really like the quality of their clothes but its be very frustrating and more in line with a service attitude you would expect in a dive bar than a high end fashion store Unresponsive unreliable and you got to watch out not to get cheated

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
It s true what customers are saying about their customer service I am shopping with them for the first and last time due to poor customer service I didn t even receive my order I called customer service and they started arguing with me instead I tried calling them back but they never picked my call again I think they marked my phone number to not pick up again unbelievable

I ordered items from Paul Stuart on
I ordered items from Paul Stuart on line indicated my address in the order Upon confirmation I noted that they had changed the address to a previous one over 5 years old I immediately emailed them Then called and emailed when they said the shipment was ready No answer to any of these They then delivered to the wrong address Credit card company has not been helpful since Paul Stuart indicates that it was delivered to the address provided Of course I have all of the emails I sent I will never order anything from them again

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service i ve ever had do not shop here read all the reviews and go somewhere else they don t answer questions customer service is non existent the phones don t get answered and they only respond to emails once a day it s supposed to be a luxury brand but it definitely doesn t act like it fire everyone and start over is my only piece of advice

Paul Stuart Gives High End NYC Retail a Bad Name
I had high expectations when I spent thousands of dollars on a suit blazer trousers and shirts from Paul Stuart but unfortunately the suit was poorly tailored When I raised this issue the Assistant General Manager Philip Kornblatt assured me that if I took it to a specific tailor for urgent alterations Paul Stuart would reimburse the costs Trusting their word I followed their instructions paid the tailor hundreds of dollars and had the suit ready in time for an important event that weekend Now despite their written promise to reimburse me Paul Stuart is refusing to honor their commitment This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing I value honesty and loyalty in a business and while I had hoped for a better outcome they have permanently lost my trust and business I cannot recommend Paul Stuart to anyone
