We had a wonderful experience with Pawrade The communication was top notch All my concerns or questions were answered in a timely manner and my pup came to me healthy happy and even with a few tricks already learned I would definitely recommend Pawrade to any future pet parents

Best experience The process for me took approx 3 weeks Every single person I spoke with were some of the nicest people They kept me updated the whole time Well mostly the second week there really wasn t any changes That would be my only complaint I wish someone could ve even just said we re still working we didn t forget about you You get weary when you spend so much you wanna make sure you re not getting scammed Delivery was superb I chose the pampered ground transport They give you an app so you can see at anytime where they are And at least once a day updates Only thing I would recommend is the day of they give you a timeframe Mine was a two hour window Keep an eye on the app cause I didn t get a call a few minutes prior If I wasnt watching I wouldn t have been outside the second they pulled up The guys were awesome They updated me about whole drive Would absolutely recommend Finally my baby Phoebe It was love at first sight Happy and healthy

Awesom crew of ladies

The ladies there were very helpful in helping us with our new baby I had asked so many questions I told the lady I m sorry for being a hemorrhoid but I just have so many questions She laughed and said I was not a hemorrhoid and she loved helping us The delivery guys were super nice as well It was a great experience and if we are in for any more fur babies we will definitely muse them again

I am more than pleased with my experience with Pawrade Easy communication the entire process I reached out about Pauly and received an immediate response I did my research within the site and I felt secure making a payment of this size through a website Everyone involved from the breeders to the puppy travel to the managers with Pawrade seem to really care about the health and we ll-being of our puppy With all the advice I felt completely prepared for Pauly when he arrived His transition was great The puppy travel was worth every penny You get gps to watch them travel to you and he was here within 24 hours The guys with the puppy travel service seemed to genuinely care about Pauly as well Pauly is absolutely perfect and such a sweet well tempered puppy And he was already being trained on a puppy pad Overall I would recommend Pawrade to any and everyone I know We re so thankful to have Pauly as the newest member of our family

My experience with Pawrade was positive from the time I decided to look for a new puppy until I picked her up at the airport on November 17th They were always there when I had questions I was able to talk to the breeder Everything was taken care of and such a positive way I knew she was in good hands All the information about her including her mother and father and her siblings was there for me I give them a five-star recommendation if you re ever looking for a new member of your family

100 happy from start to having my new fur-baby now Communication was frequent and detailed and I had phone numbers available if I had questions at any time During transportation the driver hit a deer and contacted me immediately with pictures and assured me that my baby was safe and kept me posted on updated travel times When she arrived she was completely healthy and happy her eating habits were perfect Her bathroom events are completely healthy and she is playing and happy and I am just thrilled
