I was really disappointed with my experience with pawsfunforus. Initially, I was excited to purchase some merchandise they advertised on Facebook for just 9.99 EUR. However, when I went to complete the purchase, I was shocked to find that the 9.99 EUR was not for the product, but rather a charge to enroll me in some subscription I didn't agree to. After this, they tried to charge me an additional EUR 46 for a gift card I never ordered, agreed to, or even knew about. Thankfully, my bank flagged this later charge, and I was able to block it. The bank also advised me to be cautious about any future charges from pawsfunforus.com. That said, I do want to mention that Scarlett from customer service was really good at her job. She responded quickly to my questions and provided all the information I needed. Declan, too, was very accommodating and made sure my concerns were addressed well. Despite the frustration with the charges, the customer service team was supportive.

In fact, overall, customer service is really good, and Declan was very accommodating—my concern was addressed very well. Thank you both! However, no matter how helpful the customer service agents were, the deceptive advertising and unauthorized charges left a very bad taste. I cannot recommend pawsfunforus based on this experience.

I’m not sure how I subscribed to PawsFunForUs (pawsfunforus.com), so I don’t have much experience to rate. I was actually trying to buy pots, only to realize the price was for joining, which left me confused about how this works. That said, the customer service team is very responsive. Declan was kind and very willing to help with my inquiry, providing accurate information and ensuring my satisfaction. Scarlett also did a great job, giving quick responses and all the details I needed. Eugene was available for assistance, and Imani was helpful as well. At first, I was really disappointed with what happened, but Harry was incredibly patient and answered my repetitive questions. While I may not be happy with the site itself, I have to give Harry 5 stars for his kindness and support. Overall, PawsFunForUs responds immediately and efficiently attends to client needs.
