But after I paid, they didn’t send me anything. Instead, they claimed the 9.99 EUR was for enrolling me into some subscription I never agreed to. Then they tried to charge me EUR 46 for a "gift card" I never ordered or authorized. Thankfully, my bank flagged the charge and blocked it—definitely a red flag. They also advised me to monitor my account for any future suspicious charges. Please beware of this! On a more positive note, Scarlett from Customer Service was really good at her job. She responded quickly to my questions and provided all the information I needed. In fact, overall, customer service is really good, and Declan was very accommodating—my concern was addressed very well. Thank you both! However, no matter how helpful the customer service agents were, the deceptive advertising and unauthorized charges left a very bad taste. I cannot recommend pawsfunforus based on this experience.

Scarlett also did a great job, giving quick responses and all the details I needed. Eugene was available for assistance, and Imani was helpful as well. At first, I was really disappointed with what happened, but Harry was incredibly patient and answered my repetitive questions. While I may not be happy with the site itself, I have to give Harry 5 stars for his kindness and support. Overall, PawsFunForUs responds immediately and efficiently attends to client needs. I’m still figuring things out, but I appreciate the helpful customer support team!
