Fantastic support team

We have now been using the Pawtrack collar for some time Sox is a company cat and lives on a quiet industrial estate We like to keep a close eye on him and his visits to our neighbours It has now been possible to build up an accurate map of his territory and his favourite places using the map and heat map on the app Pawtrack have always responded to any requests for technical support and have been very helpful

I ordered 2 collars and received them in the Middle East within 2 weeks I had trouble setting them up but that was probably due to my technical skills The support team help me each step of the way and even sent me an email to say they check and could see my cats were happy out and about I have found the whole procedure smooth with support

Such a great product easy to use and great customer service

I ve been using it for months on my cat and it s brilliant Once I had got the hang of it and connecting to Wifi etc it s been great The batteries last a reasonable length of time and you ve just got to remember to change them The support is very good and always been helpful I can t recommend this enough

Had to contact customer services in the last few days and was amazed at the quick response by email I am really pleased with the response and would not hesitate to recommend Pawtrack I have had my cat collar 2 years and I find it gives me peace of mind knowing I can track the whereabouts of my cat and make sure she is not wandering too far Thank you Pawtrack for all your help it s a great service

It works I m far north at 69 N and the GPS works fine up here as well The tracking page could use some more features but it does the job My cat looked surprised when I walked up to her in the middle of the forest using the tracking one summer

The Pawtrack collar is fantastic I recently moved house and knowing my cat is a wanderer I purchased the collar to keep an eye on him Within a week he had gone missing and the tracking enabled me to find him locked up in an empty house An estate agent had closed the door after a viewing inadvertently locking him in Some weeks later the Pawtrack app showed me he had managed to cross a busy dual carriageway and was some distance away A drive down a narrow country lane in the dark following the Pawtrack signal led me literally straight to him Highly recommended for peace of mind

The Pawtrack necklace is always working really great We are able to see any time where our cat is and we feel safe about it Our cat lost it twice while she stuck at the bottom of a steel fence but then it broke loose because of the safety lock I could find it easily afterwards with the clear app Thank you very much for this reliable product
