Payfast is aiding and abetting this S C A M WEBSITE known as RELIABLE STORE reliablestore co zaMany thousands of South African customers have already reported this s c a m website for taking people s money for online orders yet RELIABLE STORE never delivers parcels to anyone Hello Peter and Trustpilot com have thousands of reports from customers who have been s c a m m e d by RELIABLE STORE UNRELIABLE S C A M STORE Payfast has received thousands of reports from customers yet Payfast continues to assist this website with GRAND THEFT ING from thousands of South African customers The only reason we trusted this store and made an online purchase with them is because we saw PAYFAST was their payment gateway which we trusted assuming that PAYFAST would never involve its business with the complicit grand theft of thousands of customers what we are doing next is contacting all the s c a m m e d customers to launch a class action lawsuit against Payfast for doing this Payfast will be shut down over this

We never signed up for anything with them Somehow someone got the card number and hit the account for 18 9x FIVE TIMES in a row before the card company declined Now we are waiting for the card company to Investigate and meanwhile almost 100 is not available The company is out of S Africa a 3rd party Doesn t even identify the thief on the bill

Extremely disappointed I have made payment via payfast gateway however client doesn t get paid I launched complaint but couldn t even get the acknowledgement Very poor service

Pay Fast for merchants is expensive and a slow

Pay Fast for merchants is not suitable for small businesses The Transaction fees are high then they charge a payout fee on top of it all Then it takes DAYS to get a payout it s not INSTANT at all it s false advertising You will wait your small business will suffer Ozow is a GREAT alternative except they don t have Card Transaction ability

WORST experience and I lost store revenue

After having my account verified over email I was still receiving abandoned checkout notices due to customers being unable to make payments After logging in to my dashboard I saw that my account had STILL not been verified I upgraded to a merchant account hoping that this verification process would be smoother It s been over a week now and I have yet to receive any feedback Not only that but I have tried the chatbot somehow their support team is NEVER online direct email to the support team as well as phone calls and I have not received a single bit of feedback Not only have I lost out on revenue due to an appalling lack of customer service but I m still waiting on feedback This is honestly the worst experience I ve had and I ll be closing my account today What an absolute waste of time effort AND money

PayFast is refusing to refund the funds in my wallet to my bank account even though I have submitted everything they have asked for This issue has been ongoing for 3 months now and I am still waiting for an explanation or confirmation of my refund being processed They only respond to my public reviews for people to see but not my emails and Facebook messages I have sent them I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend this service at all I bet they will not even compensate for this horrible experience because they do not value their clients at all NOT RECOMMENDED

If there was a way I could rate 0 or -100 I would Payfast is such a PainFast if you want to be broke trust these guys with your business I lost everything my customers were not able to transact after changing my banking details the account was never verified and now it s more than 5 months of sending emails calling and using the chatbot etc they don t respond They don t have customer service I regret signing up with them and I would never recommend anyone to use payfast you should try Ozow and others Don t even attempt to go to their Sign Up page you will cry STAY AWAY FROM PAYFAST
