Google Temporary Hold for No Reason
Google took a 1 sum from my credit card as a temporary hold to test my credit card for no valid reason This triggered my credit cards anti-fraud team who then put a hold on my card whilst I had to sort the mess out I wasn t even using the Google payments system or app but apparently triggered by autofill on Chrome This is still something that I am trying to sort out I am fuming as it is a mess that is taking hours of my time to resolve So annoying

Google s greatest failure A non-functional disservice
Out of Googles many great services provided this by far is their greatest failure I dont even know why they pretend to even offer this feature as this is really not a service rather a disservice with the amount of time I have wasted trying to make it work for me and it simply doesnt I have not been able to make use of it despite having the service for years There is always something wrong with the cards posted If they are expired I cant remove them If they are still active I am required to update or fix an issue When I do either one that is required it will not update Instead I will get the same old error message that Im sick and tired of seeing everytime I try to correct what is wrong fix what is missing delete a card expired or complete any missing information None of it matters The service is worthless and useless I have also tried using Google wallet to make any of these actions and it too has failed Double the failure of a useless non-functional service provide by google

I had made a transaction on 10th august
I had made a transaction on 10th august 2019 in chennai money got debited but neither credited to recipient nor returned back to my account when i tried calling customer care i can hear music only for more than 10 mins one one respond chat channel is useless as the no always starts with 200 waiting list very pathetic service we cannot trust google pay transactions as we are lost and cannot reach anyone to ask about it my no is 9884543020 hope to get a call back at least to my mobile no if any one see this message from google pay thanks

Google pay allows vendors to sneak in payment when getting free software for limited period and switch to paid without consent or rather if you forget to cancelled the charges are applied I have rather bad experience with Google pay and now very wary I cancelled and terminated Google pay I don t think I ever trust Google pay again This is not honest and Google not doing anything to discontinue this kind of practice leave very bad taste and bad reputation for a big organisation Think on your social responsibilities to the society RegardsLeonard Leow

Fraudulent activity ignored and not interested
Very poor customer service in a fraud case Be very careful having your cards listed with google pay as if there is any suspicious activity there response is just that it must have been a family member How ridiculous even when you have points which point towards fraud unauthorised transactions they will not help at all There stance on fraudulent activity is shocking for a company of this size and obviously care very little for there customers

2 weeks ago my google pay account got suspended for some reason and they requested me to submit some documents I have submitted my bank statements and utility bills along with my ID and still waiting on a decision Today they sent me an email informing me that it could take another week for the process to finish 3 weeks to verify a google pay account while I have lost access to my subscriptions Case ID 8-5834000028759

I hat 2 unauthorized transactions i made a complain and after 1 week they answer to me that they couldn t find anything suspicious but i can t even see what was buyed I know only 1 thing money are gone and google payments refuse to give me infos I wait 2 more days and i will talk to a lawyer 1 star is anyway to much
