Paymium freezes funds
Since Oct 2021 Paymium has frozen my assets twice not large amounts under 10K Even though I have been verified for these amounts Paymium freezes without any advance information The first frozen assets were finally set free after complaints but so far I have received no feedback on the current frozen assets about 700 if I was not verified I could understand it but I am completely KYC d This stuff has got to stop Update 04 Mar Paymium sent me a solution that doesnt work Evidently they did not even check the problem before sending out the solution Validate the IBAN until then I cannot enter info or do anything This is the fault of Paymium please do not put this on me when you make system changes that dont work Update 8 March - after 4 days finally received an email that I should do the same solution as last time I did but same result it didnt work and my funds are still frozen Who likes not having access to their money Final Update 9 Mar 2022 - finally I was able to access and remove my funds Immediately canceled my account will not give these people a 3rd chance to freeze my funds Update to Paymium answer this had nothing but nothing to do with the origin of funds i was never but never asked for this info so why use this as the answer to the issue

SCAM I wait since months for my 6000 Euro to get paid out
I ve been waiting for months for the remaining balance of 6 000 euros to be paid out I had an account with Zebitex and it has now been transferred to paymium No response from customer service so far I hope this isn t a SCAM and I still get my money ps If I get my money back I may change my rating

I ve been using Paymium for a few months now and I ve never had any problems with this platform As someone who doesn t have the ability to use an ultra-modern platform with lots of graphics I m served very intuitive What s more Paymium is regulated by the AMF so I have nothing to worry about unlike FTX where I lost funds
