Next level useless app
As a supposedly secure payment platform this is a joke Firstly after I log out it remembers me and doesn t ask me to sign in again Secondly I can t change my address details because the automated dropdown that I select then tells me it is incorrect The apps own dropdown on my correct address say it is incorrect so I cannot link a new card And I ve tried on numerous devices and checked with other people Useless

PayPal no longer support the buyer
PayPal no longer support the buyer I was sold counterfeit boots instead of leather they were deformed moulded plastic and were unfit for purpose I was told I would have to pay for the return to China I was under the impression I was buying from a UK company and because I refused and asked for a prepaid label PayPal refused my claim There is no buyer protection it is no longer true so be careful when using PayPal for online purchases

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with PayPal This platform which claims to provide user protection has shown total inefficiency and a blatant lack of respect for its customers I recently faced a serious issue regarding a 195 45 charge for a McAfee antivirus service linked to a computer I no longer own Despite my clear and detailed explanations PayPal quickly closed my dispute without offering any real assistance When I contested the transaction with my bank they referred me back to PayPal as they were the ones who processed the charge Their response to my situation was shocking not only did they refuse to refund the amount but their attitude was dismissive and at times even arrogant Despite my efforts to explain that I no longer have the device in question they remained inflexible completely ignoring the context and the impact on me This lack of professionalism and customer care is unacceptable PayPal presents itself as a secure and reliable company but this experience proves otherwise I strongly advise against using their services especially if you expect any assistance in case of an issue For me this situation resulted in an unjustified financial loss and significant frustration I will never trust PayPal again and recommend everyone to opt for more responsible and customer-focused alternatives

I have been with PP since 2000
I have been with PP since 2000 I discovered a charge on my account Nov 25th tried contacting the seller but they refused to answer I finally got in touch with PP questioned the charge on my account filed a claim and was denied I never received what the seller describes as a Creative Smart Egg Clock who the heck even buys something with that description Not me That charge was 50 98 PP refuses to give me my money back as well as the seller Who treats a long term costumer like this As soon as the time limit is up Good riddens PP There are plenty of other sites that are better

There is not buyer protection I had a dispute with a seller and we agreed for return and full refund I ve sent back the product and the seller received it tracking proof The seller refunded me only half the price I opened a claim on PayPal and they closes the case in favor of the seller

Paypal buyer protectionPaypal buyer protection what a joke 35 days after making a complaint case is still on-going I have provided all information they keep extending in sellers favour Returned an item and didn t get refund provided proof of delivery back to seller seller acknowledges receipt but paypal won t refund as no proof of posting but as I say have proof of delivery Guess it will be time to make a claim against paypal from credit card company Time to pay direct and not through paypal any more

BEWARE paypal plays God with your money The seller agreed to refund me but paypal made it more difficult and costly to the buyer and making it impossible to respond to their new demands to harass the buyer by asking for a drag and drop item that was non existent and no other method availableSTAY AWAY FROM PAYPAL
