Waiting for timer module for 11 months now

We ordered 2 timer modules 11 months ago At the time their website said it had 6-8 weeks lead time It still says so but they are not able to ship these units for 11 months now because of their supply chain issues Knowing the problem they still keep accepting orders with the same 6-8 weeks notice

AVOID PAY RANGE

First of all you have tp pay 1 00 for the privilege of using their app I needed to use washers at a campground I will never need this app again but you have to load a minimum of 10 whether you need it or not If you find that you need a few more dollars to finish your wash there is another fee Finally when the machine didn t work properly and I needed a refund I was given a coupon code by the ranger The code was from Pay Range which simply charged me ANOTHER 2 00 Good luck trying to contact Pay Range customer support It is purposely unreachable

I contacted PayRange and PayRange will not issue a refund for my remaining balance because of an arbitrary 90 day return policy I am not asking for the refund of a good or service I am asking for my own money that is held by PayRange without my consent There was no reminder that I only have 90 days to get my balance refunded I cannot find any local businesses that accept PayRange as form of payment I would like the remaining balance refunded

These people are rip off city I lost 20 in their machines contacted them 6 times reported them to the better business bureau and they didn t even respond to them Hopefully businesses will stop using this despicable company

On my app that I downloaded for Pay range It says buy now pay later since Im a loyal customer I have tried everything to get this feature I ve e-mailed Pay range many times to get the same response which does not help me at all either it s false advertisement for them to post that in the app or they just don t care about their customers or it s both either way that is not how you treat your loyal customers

Can t transfer to new owner

I installed PayRange in my laundromat a year or two ago Everything was good and at that point I would hav given 5 stars BUT I sold my laundromat in December 22 sent in the form requested to turn the system over to the new owner It is now Feb 10 2023 and deposits are still being put in my account I have tried emailing to no avail and nobody ever calls back The new owner is so fed up that he s thinking of just getting rid of it They need a better communication system

They re crooks plain and simple

Time and time again they play monkey jinx with your money A prepaid balance credit that should have been over 20 was noted in the app as 4 50 I started a 1 50 wash deducted from the credit and suddenly my balance was 1 00 It said my balance was not enough to start the second wash and to add another 25 to start the machine I did so and suddenly my new balance was 20 They are crooks I am reporting to every business bureau known and will do what I can to have them removed from the App store They violate basic consumer protections and app-store tenets Anyone want to start a suit

The worst app and customer service EVER Four times in last few months PR has added funds that I didn t authorize Last incident four days ago -- 125 When you re on a fixed income and it s end of month it s a nightmare to wait 3-5 business days for a refund Customer service will not tell me how to add my email address to my account so it takes forever to reach them for help
