Started off smoothly No fees and short handling times Then scammers phoned knowing the details from the paysend account Then paysend asking for 13 photographs bank statements for three months payslips for three months They basically want every bit of detail about you which then appears to be farmed out to the highest bidder AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

This company is a big scam Paysend is a pyramid scheme company They withhold your money until another person sends money and use the other person to refund you that s if you are lucky to get a refund It s been 5 business days and I haven t received a refund yet on a deliberate failed transaction so Paysend could hold on to my money Guys stay away from this company if you don t want to have high blood pressure

Fake bank They will steal your money They have decided to close my account for no reason and when I asked to refund my money and gave them all explanations where I get this money from they said we will close the account and send the money back to the senders which is a big trick and lay from them I tried to contact their number on Google I found it is not exist and when i asked them to contact me they replied that the only way of communication is emailing which is the first proof that they are scammers

Paysend Robbed my Money
I lost 1850 sending money to Paysend customer they lied to me it was already received and spent and just closed my recipient account not knowing I ve been in touch with recipient and know he didn t receive money at all I ask my bank for reverse but Paysend lied to my bank that money was successfully received and already spent Now I m trying to get my money back after their final say I filed complaint to higher authority and still waiting Hope there will be justice They re liars Heartless Customer Service never helped at all Think they are real scammers they don t deserve to exist
