You can t have a rating lower than 1 That s a shame I also notice that PBTech sift out negative reviews or my last one would be there My experience has been a complete nightmare and I suspect that PBTech are simply mucking me around they sent my board back under warranty to the supplier with the wrong details after having being provided video evidence of the fault and because of that the supplier updated the BIOS and sent it back PBTech are saying they can t get a replacement from their supplier and their supplier is saying they don t know if they have a replacement because their system can t tell them - so someone is flat out lying to me This has been going on for over three months now and I the customer am the one that s getting the run around I tried going through the warrantee process and doing things their way and wasted two months and now I feel that PBTech and their supplier are trying to force me to do things their way because they don t want to fix the problem the way it should have been fixed in the first place Both the supplier and PBTech have been an abject failure and this is despite involving the companies CEO This will be the first of many reviews which I plan to place anywhere where such reviews can be placed after all you wont see them on PBTechs site - that is for damned sure all their reviews make them sound like they glow and the sun goes out if they sit down

I regret ordering from PBTech and would NOT recommend them Their return policy is confusing and impractical especially for international customers I ordered a product unavailable in the US and while it took about a month to arrive which was expected the packaging was damaged Worse the product was faulty and returning it has been a nightmare I ve been trying to return it for a month but their Return Authorization RA numbers are only valid for 10 days As an international customer it takes longer than 10 days for USPS to deliver the return meaning the RA number expires before the package even reaches them After 10 days I will need to request a new RA number to return it but it will already be on the way to them This makes their return process nearly impossible to navigate PBTech needs to improve their packaging customer service and especially their return policy to accommodate international customers better

Rude Chinese staff
Rude Chinese staff literally no product knowledge Strange why PB tech has more than one account on here Not going to get stressed and disrespected when I should be looking forward to buying new tech Left me leaving the store unhappy and humiliated Hope nobody else has to go through what I have because buying new tech should always be a positive experience Please do better PB tech

Do not order online from this company
Ordered online for a last minute gift as it was intended for a birthday with the promise of same day shipping Almost a week later the package has not been sent and they have not returned my emails to two seperate addresses Which has now passed the birthday and I ve had to purchase the item from a seperate business Will be requesting a refund through my payment service Shocking service and lack of response

DISHONOURED AGREEMENT and Poor Customer Experience
I went there on Black Friday and secured a Jabra earbud for purchase However because they didn t have it in the store they mentioned they will bring it to that store to get it ready for me to pick up I was given a printed order confirmation 4 days Thursday later I received a text message requesting to pick up the product as it arrived I went there on the weekend and met with the same guy who ordered it for me I handed over my papers and to my surprise he said the agreed price is no longer available for that product although clearly the order was made to secure that price now 30 more I even reminded him that upon ordering I proposed them to pay on that day but they said no don t worry you can pay when you pick up This is poor customer experience but the worse thing is that they were not apologetic with no empathy and didn t show genuine intent to solve the problem and satisfy a customer I think as a retailer or any organization providing a service should honor their agreement - I m sure there are options that are available for me if I wanted to engage with customer protection unit in NZ but don t have time for that Easiest for me is to share my experience as much as I can to as many people as I can to make a difference where possible Believe me I have already made a difference even slight but meaningful enough - Many of my colleagues and friends will no longer buy from there thanks to my experience well done

Dodgy Stock
There is something dodgy about their stock Nearly all of their items are faulty for reputable brands HP Microsoft etc which when purchased elsewhere have no issues They then make you jump through hoops to have it assessed
