They have promotions like 15 000 points for your purchase plus another 15 000 when you use your PC Mastercard They don t give you the points I purchased twice for this promotion and nothing Everytime they have a promotion you have to email them to get your points It s disgusting and a waste of my valuable time

Too bad you can t give a negative rating calls later and problem still not solved Just called waited 55 minutes only for the representative to answer a phone with back ground talking She tells me she is having technical difficulties and says she is putting me back in the queue for next available person It takes me back to step 1 and I have to go through all the automated choices guess what another 55 minute wait What horrible service

Somehow my points disappeared
Somehow my points disappeared almost 100 waited 1 1 2 hours to get through only to have the rep argue with me to the point I asked to speak to her supervisor They sent me a new email to call them re my missing points and now waiting another hour Is there only 1 person working This is BS so by the time somebody answers I ll be irrate

Absolute hate for this s itty company 1 hour on hold listening to the same 7 guitar notes to resolve a hold THEY put on my card stopping me from redeeming 200 of points I ve called 3 times now to resolve this issue These people are useless

PC health app has become a scam a waste of time
this review isn t for PC Optimum so much as it is for the PC health app which has become a complete waste of time a clear indicator of how greedy corrupt this company is What happened to the 1000 points awarded as bonuses What happened to the 500 point programs Now everytime program awards only 100 points I refuse to get your garbage credit card I rarely shop your overpriced stores so my point accumulation is nearly non-existent Thank you RCSS for terrible service continuing to make it harder for your customers

On hold forever with PC Optimum Points frozen
I am currently on hold with pc optimum to deal with my frozen points account They are telling me that I their wait time is 1 hour and 40 minutes to speak to a customer service rep They are experiencing Higher than normal call volumes which we all know translates to insufficient staffing and we are contemptuous of your time sucka nya nya They have a bot responding to email requests for assistance So email doesn t work to circumnavigate their attrocious customer service I am currently listening to their to pc optimumadvertising which is telling me how wonderful they are while I listen to their upbeat music on 30 second REPEAT Who else is experiencing this

Been sitting on hold for over an hour
Been sitting on hold for over an hour and half to see why I can t redeem points as used to be able to until a month ago After 20 minutes the on hold music stopped but I can hear noise every once in a while like they are trying to fix and shows I am still connected Why is this so difficult I have checked my settings on the app and says I can earn and redeem but when I tried to get answers by email all I got was information on how to connect the PC financial card Uggggghhhh Disgusting customer service

Difficulty redeeming points and reaching the call center
I ve been having difficulty redeeming points for various things ie car washes at Esso I ve tried calling the 800 number for PC Optimum on a couple of occasions Both times I ve had to wait on hold for over 45 minutes THIS IS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE Someone at Loblaws needs to be made aware of this and the company needs to get this sorted out At the least a call centre that services customers of Loblaws and its many affiliated companies needs to be put to action and resolve this problem I m sure I m not alone in this query
