Excellent service from the start
The website was so easy to use and offered suggestions when certain components weren t compatible when building our own PC We were kept up to date with the building process throughout and received plenty of information on what to do when our PC arrived It is a Christmas gift but we did set it up following the comprehensive instructions to check everything was OK We are going to have one very happy son on Christmas morning Excellent service from the start Will definately recommend this site to others

Would definitely recommend
A family member recommended PC specialist as they had used them before Prices are very competitive it was easy to order the PC arrived quickly well package and lots of information on how to set it up We went for a pre built PC My son is very pleased He ended up with a better spec PC which cost less and included windows Would definitely use them again

Amazing company
Really appreciate that you guys kept me up to date through building the PC to delivering it it was my first time purchasing one my self haha The PC Has worked perfectly for me for my gaming experience and did everything I was hoping 100 will be using PC Specialist again and recommending to friends

Excellent service Previous PC was from them 12 years ago and that is still going strong Only ordered a replacement because I wanted to upgrade my hardware Very happy with the build quality Would definitely recommend

Excellent new laptop
This the second time I have had a computer purposely built by PC Specialist for work in the AEC industry My past experience with the company is that they build extremely good sturdy products that are extremely reliable and can handle a heavy workload Over the last few weeks my new laptop has performed exceptionally well under some challenging memory and processor intense programmes No complaints only recommendations

Very impressed and highly recommended
Their web site was easy to use and configure my PC it also reviewed my order and provided options suggestions for things I may have wrongly specified Once the order was placed I had regular updates some with pictures Delivery was available before their initial anticipated delivery date and my PC arrived well boxed safe and sound Set up was very easy I have done this before and once I had installed Linux Mint 22 everything ran smoothly and quietly Very impressed and highly recommended

Really enjoyed the ordering delivery
Really enjoyed the ordering delivery process from PC Specialist Lots of communication about my PC build lots of updates as to where in the process my new PC was at Had a nice 360 image around the PC with the panels off to see what it looked like inside Delivery was very quick via DPD Very happy with the machine thank you
