My 3rd PC Two in UK and one now in Spain Support is very good and build is professional I ll buy my 4th PC from PCSpecialist

Really satisfied

This was my second time buying a new laptop from PCSpecialist because I like that I can customise the laptop as much as possible and upgrade until my budget runs out I checked against the laptop I built against 9 or 10 different websites and the one I had built on PCspecialist for 1600 euros had the same specs and parts as 2400 euro laptops My previous laptop with them has lasted over 8 years so I know they are durable too It did take them a few weeks to build the laptop because a part wasn t in stock but once it was delivered it arrived really quickly even internationally The only annoying thing was that I couldn t add a webcam because they were out of stock because really you should be able to purchase it as part of the order and then they should just send it once it s back in stock makes more sense to me They also don t seem to be nearly as cheap as they were 8 years ago but it does seem like I am getting bang for my buck nontheless

Great experience and customer service The process of customizing ordering and tracking the shipping of my laptop was easy All steps were clear I received the wrong power cable but this was quickly fixed and I received the new correct one a few days later

Although the process took longer than usual due to the pandemic they really made the experience super nice Regular updates always responding to my chats and emails quickly and on point Every step was very smooth and the final product was great Finally their price is more competitive with everyone else I saw

High performance gaming PC

I ordered a fairly high specification gaming PC for my son The PC Specialist website is well organised and easy to use Where my selection of one component led to incompatibility with another I was alerted and offered alternatives Even though my choice included the new and hard-to-obtain RTX3080 GPU PC Specialist were able to complete my order in good time Delivery from Wakefield UK to Costa Teguise Lanzarote was swift and problem free even though we pay IGIC here and not VAT In conclusion I am very happy with my decision to use PC Specialist as the source for my son s new gaming computer

Pc mouse stopped working within 5

Pc mouse stopped working within 5 minutes then had a knightmare trying to get them to replace it asked to speak to a manager was told could be 72 hours 5 days later still waiting for the call I wish I went to about company like box co uk instead I am just praying I have no more issues as there aftercare service is terrible there quick enough to take your money

I got a pretty good laptop for a fair

I got a pretty good laptop for a fair price The main objections I have are that the exterior is entirely plastic and the fans are louder than in any laptop I have ever seen
