I thought I had ordered from a different website i had been browsing for 17 3 in laptops specifically hp with windows 11pro i7 good graphic chip and 1tb HD I received an email saying that I had this one in my cart and there was only one left Reading the website it stated all the extras but didn t state the size of the screen so as I had only been looking at 17 3in screens I assumed it was the right one I purchased to get a 14 in screen right specs but as I m getting old my eyes are not the best and 14 inch looks a bit like a phone compared to 17 3in I am not happy that when I ordered from the wrong place they would not refund my money when the only thing I had unwrapped was the tiny laptop DO NOT BUY FROM PCTRADERS CO NZ UNLESS YOU GET IT IN WRITING WHAT THEY ARE SENDING YOU THE EMAIL DID NOT STATE IT WAS A 14 INCH ONE Also they did not have it in stock as they had to order a HD for it
