I highly recommend PDC chartered surveyors I used there business to survey a house I m trying to buy because I m a first time buyer and upon availing a walk through survey from them it opened my eyes to the things I need to assess within the property which allowed me to negotiate with the sellers of the house As from the survey showed like roof assessment required due to leak in bedroom the attic showed wood warm and electrics are very old with no inspection been done for years Throughout this process Martina has been very helpful and kind I highly recommend everyone to avail there services you won t regret it They create a very detail and in depth survey report of the house which will show all the potential things required looked upon before purchase Also any questions I asked to Martina she was very willing to help and recommends the right people for inspection of roof and electrics I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money

What we believed to be a sound property

We were passed on the details of PDC when looking to get a survey carried out on what we believed to be a sound property Although they were not the cheapest that we spoke to from the first phone call with them they gave me the confidence that I d be getting a service worthy of the fee The report was very detailed and highlighted issues that we would of otherwise not had any idea about Including to name a few rats in the attic a leaking chimney into a bedroom and a leaking roof all of which had cost estimates attached Ultimately we pulled out of the sale as the Vendor would not address any of the issues or reduce price to allow us to do it However I m thankful that these areas were highlighted to us and we weren t lumbered with a property that we would have had a nightmare with repairing I would use PDC again when purchasing a property

We were recommended PDC for a survey for a house purchase the service was excellent and the report went above and beyond what we expected We paid for the fast track service along with the optional drone footage this was well worth it for the small additional fee Martina was extremely helpful and accommodating taking our calls and messages late on in the evening despite the late calls we never felt rushed We will definitely be using their services again

Great experience with PDC from start to finish Martina was brilliant when we initially rang to get a quote and was the reason we chose to go with PDC Very thorough report and post-survey guidance Helped us to negotiate some money off the property Will use again in the future
