Since I first started using PDFelement at the beginning of this year I ve had nothing but exceptionally pleasing often surprisingly good experiences with the program Admittedly on a number of occasions I had questions about the operation of the program but Wondershare s enviable customer support very quickly solved them Also they were always super-fast in getting back to me There is simply no program like PDFelement for the price and the program keeps getting better and better If you haven t tried out the latest 10th version of the program what are you waiting for The people at Wondershare seem to think of everything Other companies would do well to take a page out of what might be called the Wondershare experience Can I only give five stars

Extremely pleased with their customer service During my chat I have had the pleasure of Jennifer assisting me with my issues She was very thorough and patient to address my needs answered my questions and provided me with over-the-top service This was what we were missing now that markets have expanded far fast and wide Through many channels physical brick and mortar to over-the-air chat have customer service evolved to This fast-paced transition caused a lot of the care to fall short or just fall off the wagon altogether This was a fresh scene reminder that we all still have it in us to provide the 2-way street This isn t just a one way customer is always right street It goes both ways This is the reason why I am a customer and will return to purchase other products that will be provided in the near future Thanks again

I had an issue with the most recent PDF Element upgrade which froze the program and refused any command so I had to reboot my PC I contact Wondershare support and they quick guided me to a solution rapidly and professionally My PDF Element is again working as it should Thanks Wondershare
