STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

2 weeks Ive been waiting for a resolution to the issues Im having I even paid for membership Each time I went to fill in text fields lots of others appeared over the rest of the page I have asked for a refund and all I get is that you are all very busy I don t think so something here stinks I definitely will not be recommending this anymore WHERE IS MY REFUND

Previous Version was 100 better and near perfect Now its this absolute headache to use Will not recommend maybe if the company used some customer surveys they wouldn t have changed anything Now its just some modern crap

An Awful Product - Avoid

Prior to the revamp of the product it was wonderful Now it is a mess I cannot cancel the subscription I tried via their website several times emailed and received tons of responses claiming their backlogged My bank account has pending charges for a product I do not use I want OUT but no one is assisting me I will block them from my bank account Take a few minutes to explore other services instead of this one

2022 Upgrade is Unusable

I used to use the free online editor at pdfescape com regularly and even anted up for the premium version It was a fantastic intuitive user friendly pdf editor With the recent upgrade in 2022 the online version has become unusable The site is down often and the tools such as whiteout and text are no longer as customizable so they obscure or don t match the rest of your document In addition there is no easy way to change the size of an element by dragging the corners as you could in the past Luckily I have Acrobat Pro but the original pdfescape was actually easier than Acrobat for some purposes Now it s a waste of time Don t spend any money on this program and look elsewhere for a free alternative

This upgrade is horrendous what did you do I use it for work to edit incorrect descriptions usually takes like 1 min max to edit my changes on just trying to write text its so horrid I ve been near 30 mins and still not at completion why don t you guys PDF escape have a go and try to use it its awful it doesn t work at all I love how it was before please revert back

So amazingly bad and wonky that I can t find words in the English language that adequately describe my astonishment in this poorly thought out upgrade Have used this tool for years and now can t do a simple whiteout edit Oh wait best describes this company s product now

Terrible and unnecessary update

Terrible and unnecessary update The greatest software I ve ever used until its recent update You could use it for free but I paid for a membership because it was the most fantastic thing out there Now on the other hand the user experience is awful Very difficult to use and time-consuming The paragraph text-box feature doesn t exist anymore meaning you can t create fillable pdfs which kind of defeats the software s purpose Unless things are getting back to the way they were this software is unusable

Beyond terrible update

I just want to chime in here that this new update is terrible I used to use pdf-escape all of the time I recommended it to colleagues regularly who who all loved it It s truly unusable now I can t even begin to list all the things wrong with the update What were the creators thinking This update is so bad that I keep thinking that Adobe sabotaged the app
