I would recommend PDH Real Estate to ANY and EVERY one who is looking to get licensed The course was easy to access and offered many different learning styles intro videos intro slides further deep-dived reading vocab quizzes and tests so you are guaranteed to learn the content I also love how the course didn t have a time-limit so you could complete it at your own pace because we all know how busy life can get I had previously taken the 90 hour pre-license course through another school a couple years ago and after completing it I unfortunately didn t ever pass my actual broker s exam after a few multiple attempts and got discouraged then gave up on it I finally gave it another try and after reading up on some other schools chose PDH I m SO glad I did and even MORE glad I chose to opt for the bonus-content that came with extra study material and a pass-guarantee although I didn t even need it I finished my course with PDH studied up on the review bonus content and PASSED both portions of the exam on my FIRST TRY The couple times I had reached out to them with questions I received immediate and friendly responses I truly give this company and course a 10 10
