It s not a svg file I extracted the zipFile and there was not a svg

I was unable to download my files when I clicked on the download now link I tried Safari and said the server could not be found I tried google chrome and the error said site could not be reached I emailed via the website 2 days and received a confirmation that I would get a response within 24 hours I have not yet received a response and have also emailed directly to their hi peacesvg address I just want to access the files I purchased
