I am an employee of peacocks If you are having trouble with online orders go into your local store and they are now able to email their regional manager we had a memo instructing us to do this who in turn will deal with customer services Make sure you have your order number You can also return any orders in store where you will be offered a refund or exchange providing you have your invoice and have obtained a returns code instructions on reverse of invoice if you have paid using PayPal it is a exchange only in store with invoice

It s a great company Peacocks

I have been into many of peacocks shops in KENDAL in Cumbria Lake district Staff are wonderful could not help me enough looking for clothes for family It s a lovely company Friends have done click collect and found it great as they have children and bargains for everyone I would recommend a visit as they have shops in DUMBARTON IN SCOTLAND varies others shops all over come on give them a go Very interesting to see what lovely clothes they sell

Never had any problems with deliveries

Never had any problems with deliveries Just before lockdown I ordered a top online to collect in store It was delivered to my home address with no instruction from me I was impressed Also bought more items online during lockdown due to 20 offer I returned items last week to store a little late but was no problem at all Was refunded onto my card and the staff at the Ashton under lyne store were very helpful and friendly Especially the lady on the till thank you from a happy customer

Used the Peacock online shopping Excellent Items jogging bottoms 2tee shirts socksAll wrapped lovely and each had coat hangers Also I ve never received my items so fast and also wrapped up in ideal way if you just wanted to place in a suitcase for your holidays Well done will certainly use again when I purchase my clothes Fully recommend Peacocks ONLINE SHOPPING

Excellent online customer service re a complaint

Bearing in mind the previous reviews on here I wasn t expecting much if any response to my online query this morning regarding an issue with a gift card However I have received prompt and helpful assistance from a person called Philip The issue was checked into and resolved in a timely manner Thank you again Philip

Click and collect

I did click and collect for the first time After reading bad reviews was worried but found that there was no need to be Order was available to collect within 3 days of order Very happy with price and quality of the item The staff at the East Kilbride store were very helpful and pleasant I will definitely use click and collect again

Sales assistant in lichfield -excellent

I had to do an exchange In the Lichfield branch First day of opening and i have to say how helpful the assistant was She couldn t do enough for me Sanitiser available at the entrance One way system To see bad reviews im a bit shocked But im an in store shopper not internet Recommend visit to lichfield

Fit was true to size Delivery was fast

The product was delivered sooner than promised Hermes sent an email advising of the delivery time The parcel was hidden safely in the front garden and an email was sent with a picture of the parcel in the garden The items I ordered were exactly as I ordered and the fit was true to size

Online return

I recently visited the Trowbridge store the staff were polite and friendly I was greeted at the door and made aware of the changes in store to do with hand gel and wearing a face covering I felt at ease shopping The reason for shopping was due to problems with my online return but the manager managed to sorted it in a matter of minutes Do not listen to all the negative reviews on here I will definitely return to shop again

I had had a bad experience in store

I had had a bad experience in store from a manager I contacted peacocks head office and was pleasently surprised to recieve phone call from mandy who made every effort to resolve my problem she also spoke to the offending manager to ensure it didnt happen again peacocks do care about thier customer service so do contact them to resolve issues they are on the ball I recieved a phone call within days very good I m very happy
